Short Description
This form is used for applications by girl children under the Haryana Government’s “Aapki Beti Hamari Beti” scheme. The objective of this scheme is to encourage the birth of girls in the state, prevent female foeticide, and promote the socio-economic development of girl children.
This application form seeks the following information from the applicant:
- Name, date of birth, and parental details of the girl child
- Family address and permanent/correspondence address
- Birth certificate / hospital records
- Bank details (if applicable)
- Caste and other identification-related information
- Contact details
Under this scheme
| Upon the birth of the first daughter in SC and BPL families, and upon the birth of the second daughter across all categories, |
| a sum of ₹21,000 is invested as a lump sum with LIC. This amount is handed over to the girl upon her attaining the age of 18. |
