सरपंच सत्यापन प्रमाण-पत्र के बारे में

सरपंच सत्यापन प्रमाण-पत्र ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा जारी किया जाने वाला एक प्रमाण-पत्र है, जिसका उपयोग किसी व्यक्ति के निवास, कब्जे या संपत्ति से संबंधित तथ्य की पुष्टि करने के लिए किया जाता है।

यह प्रमाण-पत्र निम्नलिखित कार्यों में उपयोगी हो सकता है:

• बिजली कनेक्शन के उपभोक्ता नाम (Ownership/Name Change) में परिवर्तन के लिए।
• नए बिजली कनेक्शन के आवेदन के साथ, जहाँ स्थानीय सत्यापन की आवश्यकता हो।
• संपत्ति पर वास्तविक कब्जे या निवास का प्रमाण देने के लिए।
• विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों में स्थानीय सत्यापन हेतु, जहाँ ग्राम पंचायत का प्रमाण स्वीकार किया जाता है।

ध्यान दें कि केवल सरपंच का प्रमाण-पत्र सभी मामलों में पर्याप्त नहीं होता। संबंधित विभाग (जैसे UHBVN) अपने नियमों के अनुसार रजिस्ट्री, म्यूटेशन, उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण, पहचान पत्र तथा अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ भी मांग सकता है।
