Short Description

• इस affidavit में अपनी actual documents वाली information ही भरनी चाहिए। खासकर Registration No., dates, course, institute, approval authority आदि अनुमान से नहीं भरने चाहिए।
• अगर आप चाहें तो अपना Nursing Registration Certificate + marksheet/degree + इस form के बाकी pages की photos भेज दें। मैं आपको हर खाली जगह के सामने exactly क्या लिखना है, जैसे:
• Name of Registrant → ______

कहाँ-कहाँ काम आ सकते हैं?

• 1. विदेश में Nurse Registration / License

अगर आप किसी दूसरे देश में nurse के रूप में registration लेना चाहती हैं, तो वहाँ की nursing authority आपके Indian registration की verification मांग सकती है। HN&NMC; खुद registration और diploma certificates की India के अंदर और बाहर authorities के लिए verification करता है।

• Foreign Verification

आपका council यह confirm करता है कि:

आपका registration genuine है

आपका course/qualification council के records में है

registration details सही हैं

Foreign Verification के लिए council ने application, matric certificate, registration certificate, 3 sets of verification performa और original affidavit जैसी requirements दी हैं।

Good Standing Certificate

यह अलग document है। इसका इस्तेमाल यह बताने के लिए होता है कि आपका nursing registration council के records में किस status में है। विदेश की licensing/registration authority इसे मांग सकती है।

ध्यान देने वाली बात: HN&NMC; की current published information के अनुसार active registration होना जरूरी है, और Foreign Verification/Good Standing की validity 6 महीने बताई गई है; उसके बाद fresh application करनी होती है।

• विदेश में नौकरी के process में

यदि foreign employer या nursing regulator Indian council से official verification मांगता है, तो ये documents काम आ सकते हैं। लेकिन हर country/authority की requirements अलग हो सकती हैं—इसलिए जिस देश में जाना है, उसकी nursing authority की exact document list भी देखनी चाहिए।
