What is the SC Tractor Subsidy Scheme?
This scheme has been launched specifically for Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers in Haryana to make it easier and more affordable for them to purchase tractors for agricultural purposes. Under this scheme, the government provides a subsidy of up to ₹1 lakh on the purchase of tractors.
Eligibility Criteria
The main eligibility criteria are as follows:
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
Only farmers belonging to the SC (Scheduled Caste) category can apply.
The farmer must own agricultural land and be registered on the “Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB)” portal.
The applicant should not have availed of any other tractor subsidy benefit in the last 5 years.

After applying for the SC Tractor Subsidy, selection is done through a lottery system by the District Level Executive Committee.
Random selection is conducted in each district based on the number of interested and eligible applicants.
