Brief Information
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has officially announced the Agniveervayu Non-Combatant Recruitment 2026 (Intake 01/2027) under the Agnipath Scheme. This recruitment is intended for Hospitality and Housekeeping streams and provides an excellent opportunity for 10th pass unmarried male candidates who aspire to serve in the Indian Air Force.
Unlike regular online recruitments, this is an offline application process. Eligible candidates must download the application form, complete it carefully, and send it to the prescribed address before the deadline.

- The maximum age at the time of enrolment should not exceed 22 years. Age relaxation will be applicable according to Government rules wherever permitted.

How to Apply Offline
- Download the application form from the official recruitment portal.
- Fill the application form in BLOCK LETTERS using English only.
- Choose either Hospitality or Housekeeping stream.
- Enter all personal details exactly as per your Class 10 certificate.
- Attach all required documents.
- Paste the recent passport-size photograph.
- Sign the declaration and consent form.
- Send the completed application through Ordinary Post or submit it at the designated drop box before 17 August 2026.
- Only one application is permitted. Multiple applications will result in cancellation of candidature.
Salary and Benefits
| Selected Agniveers will receive an attractive salary package under the Agnipath Scheme. |

| Seva Nidhi Package |
| Upon successful completion of four years of service, Agniveers will receive approximately ₹10.04 lakh as the Seva Nidhi Package, subject to applicable rules. |
| Insurance Benefits |
| Candidates will also receive: Non-contributory life insurance cover of ₹48 lakh during the engagement period |

- Housekeeping Stream
- Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning rooms and offices
- Bathroom maintenance
- Gardening
- Grass cutting
- Washing utensils
- Laundry work
- Ironing clothes
- Basic maintenance tasks
Selection Process
- The recruitment process consists of multiple stages:
- Written Examination
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Stream Suitability Test
- Medical Examination
- Document Verification
- Candidates must qualify each stage to move forward in the selection process.
Physical Fitness Test
- PFT-I
- 1.6 km Run
- Complete within 7 minutes
- PFT-II
- Candidates must complete:
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Sit-ups
- 20 Squats
- Each exercise must be completed within the prescribed time limit.
