Haryana Roadways Panchkula Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification has been released for candidates seeking apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The Haryana State Transport, Panchkula has announced 25 apprenticeship vacancies across 9 different trades.
Eligible candidates can register and apply online through the Apprenticeship India portal from 6 October 2026 to 20 October 2026. Candidates who submit an application must also appear with their original documents for verification on 23 October 2026.

Haryana Roadways Panchkula Apprentice Application Form 2026
- First, visit the Apprenticeship India Portal.
- Complete your registration.
- Fill out your profile correctly
- Select the relevant trade.
- Upload a photograph, Aadhaar card, ITI mark sheet, caste certificate, and residence certificate during the application process.
- Submit the application form.
- Keep a printout of the submitted application for your records.
- Online application deadline: 20 October 2026, up to 3:00 PM.
- Document Verification Date Candidates who successfully apply online must appear for verification with their original documents on: Date: 23 October 2026 Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Venue: Office of General Manager, Haryana State Transport, Panchkula Address: Site No. 2, Near Plot No. 203, Industrial Area, Phase-2, Panchkula Candidates should reach the venue within the prescribed reporting period and carry all original documents.

- The selection of successful apprentices will be made on the basis of:
- Merit according to ITI marks
- Interview
- Candidates should therefore make sure that their ITI marks and certificates are correctly entered in the online application.
- The department will verify the documents before final selection. If any discrepancy is found in the candidate's mother's name, father's name, date of birth, or details related to employment/other records, the application may be cancelled.
