Haryana Berojgari Bhatta Yojana Eligibility 2026

To avail the benefits of the Haryana Unemployment Allowance Scheme, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
The applicant must be a resident of the state of Haryana.
The candidate must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
The applicant must have been continuously registered with an employment exchange in Haryana for at least 3 years. This duration will be calculated with reference to November 1, 2026.
The annual income of the family from all sources must not exceed ₹3 lakh. This may also include the income of a spouse.
The family must not own residential or commercial property exceeding a specified value limit.
The family must not own more than 2 hectares of agricultural land.
The applicant must not be a student, trainee, or apprentice in any educational or training institution.
The candidate must not be employed or self-employed.
The applicant must not be registered under the 'Saksham Yuva Yojana' of the Haryana Employment Department.
The candidate must not have been dismissed from government service.
The applicant must not have been convicted of an offense punishable by imprisonment of 6 months or more.
