Haryana Government's 50% Subsidy Scheme 2026: Grant available for 16 agricultural implements, including Super Seeders; apply by August 3.

The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Haryana, has invited online applications under the Crop Residue Management scheme to promote agricultural mechanization among farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers will receive a subsidy of up to 50% on 16 types of agricultural implements, including Super Seeders, Happy Seeders, Super SMS, Zero Till Drills, Mulchers, and Balers.

Online applications opened on July 18, 2026, and can be submitted until August 3, 2026.

How to Apply

Visit the official portal of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Haryana.
Select the 'Farm Mechanization' or 'Crop Residue Management' scheme.
Log in using your MFMB and PPP details.
Select the desired agricultural machine and fill out the online application.
Fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents.
Submit the form and keep your Application Number safe for future reference.

Subsidy Provided Under the Scheme

Under the scheme, a subsidy of 50% of the cost or the maximum subsidy amount determined by the department (whichever is lower) will be provided for selected agricultural machinery.

Hydraulic Reversible MB Plough
Baler Machine (Round and Rectangular)
Straw Rake
Crop Reaper
Reaper-cum-Binder
Tractor-Mounted Loader
Tractor-Drawn Tedder Machine
Shrub Master / Rotary Slasher

The maximum subsidy amount for these machines has been determined by the department.

Eligibility

To avail the benefits of the scheme, farmers must meet the following conditions—

The farmer must be registered on the MFMB portal for the Rabi and Kharif 2025-26 seasons.
A PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra / Family ID) must be available.Farmers belonging to the General category (or any family member) must not have availed a subsidy for the same type of agricultural machinery under the same PPP ID in the last 3 years.
Similarly, farmers belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category must not have availed a subsidy for the same machine in the last 3 years.
For tractor-operated agricultural implements, the tractor must be registered in the name of a family member listed in the Family Identity Card (PPP).
